Starting on November 25, 2021, you must log in to your account with your email address instead of your username. Depending on how many accounts you have, this affects you differently.

If you have 1 Jobstreet account under 1 email address, then all you have to remember is to log in to your account using your email instead of your username starting November 2021.

If you have multiple Jobstreet accounts under 1 email address then you must use a different email address for each account.

We will keep 1 account under the email address we have and delete the accounts you haven't used recently.

If you wish to keep all your accounts, then you must change your email address for each account you want to keep.

If your account is affected, you will receive an email <Subject line: Action required - Update your email address> with instructions. Follow the quick steps and save the accounts you want.

If you have any questions, you can write to us here.
