working at your own home. Good and challenging projects especially if you are good at what you do.

Working at night. Doesn't value their employee. Please don't hire when you only wish to fire eventually.

Unsecured Work from Home IT Job

Working anywhere/remotely. Saves time and money for commute.

The challenges

Working everyday from 5PM-2AM Philippine time. Working independently without any help. This is just a temporary job, so no matter how good you are in working with their clients it will not be appreciated and be wasted. And the worst thing is anytime you will just be terminated and automatically loss the job instantly.
