It was a productive and awesome experience.

The challenges
More on task-oriented approach and everyday you need to hit your targets.

Great Environment and the environment is great

The good things
The company is relatively new so there's a lot of things to improve on and this is great. They keep improving the management and systems in place. The company could improve on providing the right device/machine to be used by its employees. A developer like me would need a fast PC to deliver the tasks right and on time. A computer lagging in performance would hamper that. I was told that this is being reviewed by the management.
The challenges
The morning stair, very tiring

My favorite workplace so far.

The good things
The MVP's culture is one of a kind, it is a great place to work with because the workplace was liberal. The management and the CEO was so cool. You can even eat in your own workstation (and I think you can only experience it in MVP, lol!)
The challenges
The yearly salary increase, but I think they are trying and working on it, to improve it.

Work life balance - Better Management - HMO provided

The good things
Work life balance, Supportive Admins HMO day 3 MVP is very considerate to their employees especially this time of Pandemic. They sent us home to our families for our safety together with the tools that we will be needing to have the capability to wfh
The challenges
Of course, no Company perfect, and co workers aren't as well. Although MVP has a good Management, there are still some people who are not good in leading or being in their position. Or perhaps, it's the other way around.
