My supervisor is very welcoming. There is a great work-life balance. Workload isn't heavy at all.

Good working environment for beginners and settlers

1. A good working environment with approachable co-workers 2. Opportunity to learn new things. They invest in high-technology facilities and you are free to learn them. Just ask and you will learn a lot 3. A stable company for those who want to settle their job 4. Benefits, perks, and activities will make you feel like a family

1. Limited career growth. They need to improve their career training programs to increase employees' morale. 2. It is advisable to improve their management system into the employee-driven system to lessen turn-over rates 3. Vertical upward communication should be improved. 4. Benefits and compensations versus scope of work needed to improve.
