Born from sheer entrepreneurial spirit, MGS CONSTRUCTION, INC. started in 1975. It evolved from trucking and construction materials supplier and has grown to be a large venture, which diversified into the construction, manufacturing and trading businesses. The company has put up subsidiaries in order to cater to the diverse demands of its various market segments. From a land development contractor, it evolved into a large operating company with consolidated businesses on 5 to 10 storey medium rise and high rise buildings, commercial retail structures, mall fit- outs, school buildings, ready mix concrete, housing construction and manufacturing of concrete pavers. Later on, MGS Ready Mix made its own distinction as the company expanded.
