Challenging place but still worth it.

Friendly environment, good health benefits, and bonuses after regular, and the best place to start your aviation career path.
The challenges
Be flexible on any kind of shift, be able to work in any weather, and don't be late.

The company/agency is not that employee friendly.

The good things
A good starter experience for fresh graduates that wanted to pursue and work in airline/aviation/airport industry.
The challenges
I enjoyed the experience that I had in the airline where I was deployed but not with Phillipine Airport Ground support solutions Inc. (Agency) I'm still thankful to PAGGS, the salary is minimum, we work for 9-10hrs per day but working with the airline gave us excitement.

Positive career growth, unreasonable salary

The good things
It is a challenging environment that allows you to maximize and improve your skills, and discover the rest of your potentials. It trains the employees well on analyzing different travel documents, and it also provides a great exposure to get to know and learn from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
The challenges
It is an exhausting environment especially if you are not flexible. You need to work for more than 8 hours everyday, and sometimes, for almost 24 hours. Flight disruptions cause employees to extend their working hours, but the company does not compensate well for these efforts.
