Challenge and comfort

The good things
The people makes WTI a good place to work with. They always think of ways to give the employees a good and safe working environment.
The challenges
The pandemic and old style of leadership. Employees must be empowered and trusted to take leadership roles and provide quality mentorship and trainings.

Very challenging workplace, slow management/HR action

The good things
I learned a lot of tools and techniques working here. I have enough time to pursue mini projects but most of the time employees are left to fend for themselves
The challenges
Very high employee turnover- it's hard to keep track of projects when team mates change frequently. Very few subject matter experts in the company - most are juniors and/or not qualified to the position.

It is more fun in Webcast.

The good things
Even though im just an Intern they will treat me as one of their co-workers and in working you will never experience that your just an intern student you will experience the same things just like there employees. They have a lot of events per month to liven up there workers. Monday is free rice or free lunch day. The best part of all is you can have free coffee anytime.
The challenges
I need to learn how to be an UI and UX developer it requires another new programming language.

A great opportunity for professional exposure

The challenges
Organizational structure is not well defined and no clear path can be visualized in case you see yourself staying here for long.

A healthy avenue to exhibit professional competence and expose yourself to continuous holistic development

The good things
This is a company where inputs from the employees are considered relevant contribution to the company's success in general. The management supports continuous professional development and exemplifies work-life integration through its Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) setup offered to its employees. This a home that molds you to become high quality contributing professionals.
The challenges
If you are the type of person who is not inclined into critical thinking and strategic problem solving capacities, this may not be a good place for you. One challenge you might encounter is an unclear description of your responsibilities and roles. However, this is seen in the company as a chance to expose each employee into a function beyond on what they are capable of doing.
