The best company I've ever worked for even after working for 16 years on a Cruise Ship.

The good things

If you're looking for work-life balance then Stefanini Phils is the ideal company for you. Even though it leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to their HMO program, management and HR is topnotch. Salary is never delayed and is always on time (bi-weekly). There is a yearly Sportsfest (Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Billiards, Bowling). Up until now (since the pandemic) we (at least our account) has been on Work From Home setup. It's almost been five years!!! I believe WFH is best as tardiness became a thing of the past, especially now when traffic is at it's worst. After 5 years of working with Stefanini Phils as a Helpdesk Tech-MultiLang I (Bilingual Helpdesk I) I can proudly say that this is the best company I've ever worked with (even after working for 16 years onboard an International Cruise Ship. Bottomline, if work-life balance is important to you then I highly recommend Stefanini Phils. You can thank me later.

The work-like balance is excellent since we are working at home. There’s only minimal work stress but manageable. The company have so many activities and they offers clear pathways for advancement.
