ECEnterprises Group Manila, Inc. (ECE) is a BPO company that started in Manila in 2007 initially as a consulting company with a single employee. As the quality and level of service provided to clients exceeded expectations continuously, nearly a dozen new employees were added a year later. To date, ECE has expanded to over 1,000 professional employees engaged in different areas of business process outsourcing: customer service, technical support, sales, data management, quality assurance, and operations management, among others.
ECE's headquarters are in Florida, USA, with operations centers in Ashland, Ohio, and in Henderson, Nevada in the US; and in Makati City and in Dumaguete City in the Philippines.
