Very poor Management System. Delayed Salary. Does not have very good benefits. You'll get HMO in 3 years after regularization.

The good things
I don't have any. Overall, none.
The challenges
Building employee relationships was very hard.

no direction and Delayed salary

The good things
none. too much politics and there is no room for growth
The challenges
salary always delayed without any explanation. too much politics and there is no room for growth. HMO is given when you stay 3 years which is unfair. no one will last if they always delay the employee's salary.

Terrible Company do not work here

The good things
The only positive thing working here is that you will have time to have free time. The work is not that demanding but depends on the position and department
The challenges
Salary is low, benefits are not competitive. Management does not how to run a real estate company. Management does not support organic employees and their sales force. Politics are rampant in this company. Leaders are incompetent. Leaders tend to point fingers on their subordinates when issues arise and takes the credit when things go right.

Make sure that if you invite someone on interview, he/she is qualified.

The good things
None, they invited people for interview but in the first place it's not qualified. And the process is so slow.
The challenges
The challenge is they invited you for an interview then told you to go home because you are not qualified.
