The company is great BUT only for young professionals, it will shape your career for good future BUT not recommended for well experienced professionals.
The challenges
The company (their management consultant) doesn't support their employees deployed on project site. Small salary, common benefits, no increase, no bonuses, and too much politics.

When did not follow the exact follow the exact plan and when you need to evaluate billiing submitted by contractor
