A Good Listener company with full of opportunities
The good things
The staffs and WSI Management is very accommodating and will help you through out the employment with them.
The challenges
I appreciate the learnings and knowledge I gained while working in WSI. Only challenges here is the Work load since here you can be assigned in multiple projects at the same time.

The good things
WSI Personnel (management and staff alike) are very accommodating. Though times they can't reply to your queries but they do. Salaries are on time (just don't know the experience of others as can be seen in the reviews posted)
The challenges
I am limiting my expectations with the company because they are not one of the biggies in the industry. The challenges encountered were basically the sane as in other companies their size. So i would suggest to future employees - lower your expectations

The good things
Co workers and Bosses are very accommodating and transparent to all people around them. Benefits, free training and work event activities are very interesting.
The challenges
Multi Tasking Activities and Higher Stress level because of a lot of projects and planning ahead is very challenging for company's goal.
