LOW SALARY | POWER TRIPPING SENIOR SUPERVISOR

The good things
I only enjoyed being with some of my coworkers, they were the only reason why the work is bearable.
The challenges
A LOT. If you love freedom and peace of mind, this company is NOT for you. They don't care about the welfare of their employees, they only care about making profit.

Toxic Management, Does not value employee because there are always fresh graduates that they can lure to be enslaved by this f-ng company

The good things
Learning Opportunities are taught only by the seniors who are also struggling because of this toxic management
The challenges
So much work for a little salary for a web development company

NOT WORTH IT IF YOU WANT HIGH SALARY

The good things
You can meet some of the best people, but other than that, fixed weekends
The challenges
Very low salary, incentives are low and will not help you with your bills, management are stingy, starting salary in most cases 12-13k, some senior supervisors (content) are toxic and privileged and do not empathize with the team

Good for fresh grads with no experience at all.

The good things
Leaders are approachable and will guide newbies. Co-developers are fun to be with. Learn and practice proper process and standards of web development.
The challenges
Terrible micromanagement VERY LOW SALARY compared to other companies which is almost 2 or 3x higher basic salary+incentives. VERY LOW INCENTIVE COMPENSATION (depends on the task load, but more tasks doesn't mean higher amount of incentive) No cash assistance in an event of disastrous events such as typhoon where you can't able to work. Very low salary increases to the point that new hires basic salary catches up with the regular employee. ( like 1k or 2k discrepancy only )

OK SALARY FOR NEWBIES, BAD SALARY INCREASE, TOO MUCH WORKLOAD FOR THE PAY

The good things
None. There were free lunch and snacks before but now no more snacks and lunch.
The challenges
Work is challenging, it can actually sharpen your skills yet the pay cannot compensate for the workload.
