Every company has it’s own challlenges and I beleive for Realpage, they have the company’s own challenges which I think they were able to handle it accordingly.

Healthcare benefits. That's the only thing good about the company.
The challenges
They laid off long-term employees during the pandemic. Management didn't seem to care about their loyal employees. Growth opportunities are also not available for some teams. Organizational silos need to improve as well.
