there are some good people around the workplace but in the workplace, with people who spent their senior year in the company there will always have some superiority issues and take no to some new ideas from the newer employee or staff.

Sometimes there's no cooperation within the company itself and always seeking for the wrongs other than the good things you've done.

the people and the environment. For the people, they should invest more to their people and help them to learn more for the benefit also of the company. The environment is so stressful. Need some activities to lessen the stress.
