Salary Downgrade by as much as 20pesos per hour

The good things
The working hours are really flexible open and close slots as you wish.
The challenges
Since you are working with them as in independent contractor, your salary can be downgraded by as much as Php20/hour. The basis for the downgrade is the KPI (key performance indicator) which is greatly affected by low even just a single student's low evaluation (eg 3-3-3). Other indicators include opening during peak times, which is from 4.30-7am and 8-11.30pm. I may have missed the peak times by 30 minutes but it is around that time.

Disappointing and Pretentious

The good things
The teaching materials are good and useful.
The challenges
Completing the HR requirements is tedious especially BIR requirements for self-employed. It took me two months to complete it. After that, I was still declared incomplete because I need to send its printed copies to their Makati Office. It seems though they do not want to release the payment given their never-ending requirements. Honestly, I could have not pursued my application if I only knew their rigid HR requirements.

Awful. You need to book for everything and for the demo lesson, if you cannot book within 3 days after passing the interview, then they will discontinue your application and start from zero again. Here is the catch, only a few slots are open and they will say that you need to send an email. Well, i did send only 3 emails but i never got even 1 reply from them. It just shows that this is a start up conpany and i guess they need to upgrade their system. How can they accept applicants and not have enough slots for a demo lesson.

The good things
I liked the person who interviewed me.
The challenges
Not enough slots for demo lesson
