About ING Business Shared Services B.V. Branch Office
ING Business Shared Services B.V. Branch Office (IBSS Manila) started in 2013, then known as ING Global Services Operations, Inc. offering in-house processing services for lending, reconciliation and payments, and data management services to some of ING’s wholesale banking branches in Asia.
Today, IBSS Manila also provides ING support services for financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, data management, client due diligence/onboarding activities, operational human resource services, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, and retail operations, among others, to various ING banking branches across the world.
IBSS Manila is based at the World Plaza in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, a PEZA-registered I.T. park.
