The Old Spaghetti House, operated by Higiadzo System, Inc., opened its first restaurant at Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City in September 15, 2003. The Old Spaghetti House is owned by Albertito and Melissa Guerrero as principal owners.
Today, there are 14 outlets operational located at key cities in Metro Manila, including Antipolo, Cebu, Laguna, and Baguio City. Of the 14 outlets, 3 are franchised and the rest are company-owned.

CONCEPT
Upon entering The Old Spaghetti House, one enters inside a different world. The restaurant is lit with warm lights, booths are lined along the walls, stained glass lamps hover above the tables, and furniture pieces are showcased all over the walls. It is truly a comforting feeling, stepping inside a childhood memory perhaps.
