Good start

The good things
During my employment in the company I was trained in different processes of the team and gave me a chance to grow as a professional. I've learned how to handle pressure and also to manage my tasks and my time. The management is also good, they are hands on with their employees.
The challenges
Promotion and salary increase is a bit rare and a lot of mandatory OT's.

The road so far

The good things
The good thing is about the people who you are working with. Because that is important, the Athena e-Sevices really had a great employees whom you can trust and even though there is a world of pressures who can still feel the warmth of helping one another. Having that is really helps the process that circulates in work to go smoothly and efficiently.
The challenges
The challenges are is either who would have a work due on the same day and you have both different work to continue first or the other pressure of working in a tight schedule because they give you some assignment that entrusted to you the most. But still the pressure can be easily solved by doing it before time and having a good productivity.

First Job

The good things
First job would always be memorable, others would say. But I think this one is just average. Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary but first job taught me the very basic of what I know in Data Entry and Analysis. The good side, I was very active here with extra curricular activities such as sports, etc.
The challenges
The very low salary was quite challenging. Plus mandatory OTs are a big no-no for me since it would average about 5 hours a day. The longest I had was 36 hours straight, with no sleep. Also, forced leave was also frequent and a couple of layoffs occurred. Luckily I was one of the fortunate ones not laid off during my almost 4 years of stay in the Company.
