International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. (IEE) is a primary provider of high-end engineering and industrial services from schools, hospitals, and homes to five-star hotels and prestigious buildings in the Philippines.
From the very start in 1969, IEE has been in steady pursuit of making a name in the elevator industry through continuous product development fine-tuned to international standards. As part of the Mitsubishi Electric Group, IEE adheres to the worldwide industry giant's corporate statement "Changes for the Better" - continual change and growth by offering only the best services and latest technologies for the benefit of the community.
In 1977, with the vision of becoming the primary provider of first-class mechanical products and services for both commercial and residential buildings, IEE launched its air conditioning business and renamed itself to International Elevator & Equipment (IEE). Through the years, IEE grew and expanded its products and services to include Diesel Generator (with MHI Philippines), Jet Towel Hand Dryers and Ventilators (in cooperation with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation).
Today, IEE has grown to have more than 1,800 employees. We are currently affiliated with industry giant Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Group, Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Building Solutions Corporation of Japan. IEE now has branch offices in Cebu and Davao, as well as satellite offices in Iloilo, Bicol, Zamboanga, and Baguio. We aim to expand our reach farther into the country, extending our services to out-of-town establishments.
