I don’t even know if there’s any.

Salary is not as expected. Management is very poor as they are micromanaging. Likes to embarass employees infront of others. I worked from home and their device is very slow. Received final pay very late.

I like how they handle their employees from recruitment to training.
The challenges
Below the expected salary. You were asked during recruitment how much is your expected Salary but be hold during J.O. you will be shock by your offer. They will inform you that you will get this and that once endorsed to production but then its hard to reach the incentive especially if you're new. High expectation but low pay.

UNLIMITED SALARY DISPUTE and BAD MANAGEMENT

The only good thing is working with your colleagues bcoz people are kind and approachable.
The challenges
You will always have salary disputes every salary day. HR is not available when needed. HR are very hard to reach. You will have stressful days bcoz of the bad management. You need to always check your payslip because Payroll is not doing their job well and so, you will always have disputes. I do not recommend this company.

Extremely bureaucratic with dependencies to the VP level to get operational items processed (e.g., approvals on daily deliverables), micromanaging.

I don’t recommend it here. Worst company I ever worked with.
The good things
High salary. Some people are nice. Trainings are okay. I guess that’s probably it. I don’t have any other nice things to say. I have a lot of frustrations with this company.
The challenges
Always delayed salary during my stay! Toxic environment. Sarcastic supervisors/managers. Management has poor communication when handling newbies. They do NOT know how to communicate with each other, thus leading to confusion.
