ALLADO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INCORPORATED was founded in 1 February 1967 by Honorio T. Allado Sr. the first contract undertaken by the company was the construction of the Pepsi Cola Bottling Plant located in San Fernando, Pampanga after which progression of contracts for various government agencies and private companies followed. The company started with small buildings like offices, markets, warehouses then slowly progressed to bigger and more specialized structures like airport terminal buildings, control towers, runways and power plants. The company's expertise in roads, bridges and buildings was also put to test in various projects that it successfully undertook. It also developed steel fabrication capabilities (steel frames and towers) through its in house staff and affiliates. The company has grown from its one man operation roots to a staff of around one hundred men and women, about half of which are technical men of the trades. Over the years the company acquired and continues to acquire equipment and know how to furtner improve its capabilities. It is also committed to the continued improvement of its personnel.
The company stresses quality in its work. Proof to this commitment is its establishment of an in house materials testing laboratory. The aim of which is to develop quality control standards over and above the accepted norm. The company has contracted the services of consultants for quality control, land development, housing and resort development to further increase its capabilities.
The company completed over P100,000,000.00 worth of projects for the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company. The range of telecommunications projects vary from underground manholes and conduits, call malls, various support buildings, electrical and mechanical installations, to transmission towers and laying of fiber optic cables. Worthwile noting is the fact that these projects were completed in relatively short periods of time and were spread out all over the country. At various times, projects were being undertaken in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao islands. Aside from the telephone utilities, the company has targeted the power generation and distribution utilities. It has completed several contracts for the National Power Corporation like its General Santos City Diesel Power Plant and three Warehouse Projects in Davao and General Santos cities as well as Transmission Towers in Sucat, Paranaque. The Company will continue to target the power and communications sector for future growth.
The company is continually looking into joint venture undertakings with other construction companies and developers to expand its capacity. Strategic partnerships and joint ventures have been entered into with other construction and development companies. To date, turnover of more than P400,000,000.00 is seen over the next few years with these arrangements.
The company is 100% Filipino owned and has authorized capitalization of P30,000,000.00, about 95% of which has been paid up. It is licensed by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board as category "AAA" (Triple A) and has been classified by the Inter Agency Committee as Large "B" for Roads and Bridges, also Large "B" for Buildings and Industrial Plants. The company is celebrating its 47th year of existence by dedicating itself to a commitment to continued quality service to its clientele.
On June 07, 2010 the company has been certified by TUV Rheinland Cert GmbH for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004+Cor. 1:2009, and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification.
