Tasks and duties

• Managing office budgets and preparing financial reports.
• Recording and organizing company and employee data.
• Setting the company calendar and all necessary activities.
• Updating inventory, data, and office policies, making recommendations when needed.
• Presenting reports to management.
• Maintaining correspondence between key internal and external persons in a job function.
• Assisting with clerical tasks when needed.
