How to become a Production Worker
To work as a Production Worker, some education is usually required.
- Attain at least a high school diploma, preferably with a senior high school track in technical-vocational livelihood. A graduate degree in a related course may be beneficial but is typically not required.
- After gaining experience as a Production Worker, you can pursue a higher level or managerial position on a production floor. These roles can include Production Foreman or Supervisor, Production Manager and General Manager.
