Events Manager

Tasks and duties

• Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of an event, from planning to packing equipment.
• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Managing event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure the event stays within financial limits.
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to provide services needed for the event.
• Overseeing event logistics, such as selecting and reserving venues, setting up seating and arranging for food and beverages.
• Managing event schedules and timelines.
• Evaluating the success of events, compiling feedback, and implementing improvements for future events.
