What's it like to be a Director?

Director is a senior position in a company in charge of making key decisions for the business. Directors may be an executive and run the day-to-day operations of a business. Non-executive directors, meanwhile, are involved in the policymaking of a company. They usually serve on boards who are responsible for hiring management, evaluating company performance, and deciding the financial and strategic direction of a business.
