Tasks and duties
- Gathering and analysing technical information about products, services or concepts to be documented.
- Writing, editing and maintaining technical documentation such as user manuals, product descriptions and project specifications.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and coherence of the documentation.
- Converting complex technical terminologies into simplified, understandable and user-friendly content.
